Fatigue, headache, low memory and concentration can be due to stress, sleep issues or even vitamin deficiencies. Brahmi/Ashwagandha may help but it’s better not to start on your own. I’d suggest booking a consult with me so I can check the exact cause and guide you with the right Ayurvedic treatment. Meanwhile, focus on good sleep, regular meals, hydration and a few minutes of meditation daily.

Brahmi mainly supports memory, concentration, and calmness, while Ashwagandha helps reduce stress and fatigue, improving energy. Both can be useful for students, and sometimes they are prescribed together depending on the individual’s body type and lifestyle. Since your complaints involve headache, fatigue, memory, and stress, a detailed assessment is needed before suggesting the right choice and dosage. I recommend consulting me directly so I can guide you with a safe, personalized plan rather than self-medicating.

Tq for you question First of all u should correct the causative factor for it ,for example sleeping less or taking too much stress's,or untime eating schedule. Medicine wise ashwagandha is best for u but it acts only 50 percent other 50 percent is from correcting above said causative factor.
