Loose Motion Happened because Amlycure DS contains Triphala, Kutki, Guduchi, Bhringraj etc. These herbs are pittavardhak & rechak (mild laxative). In sensitive gut or if taken empty stomach, it may cause loose motions. It is not an "allergic" reaction, but a purging effect in some patients.
Next Steps
Do not stop suddenly but reduce dose instead avoid empty stomach intake repeat LFT& LIPID PROFILE after 2 month & a USG-ABDOMEN to rule out fatty liver and if loose motion still persist shift to liv52 DS ir bhumyamalaki+ guduchi ( its milder ,but good for sensitive gut)
Health Tips
Take warm jeera-ajwain water after meals. Avoid deep fried, bakery, fast food, packaged items. Add buttermilk with roasted jeera & Black rock salt daily. Include green leafy vegetables, fruits (papaya, apple), moong dal khichdi. For liver & triglycerides: Use Punarnava mandoor (250 mg), 1 tab twice daily after meals for liver swelling, improves digestion. Arjuna churna 3 g with lukewarm water morning helps lipid profile. If available, Triphala churna 3 g at night with lukewarm water (only if no loose motions) SHIFT TO HOME COOKED FOOD! for more detailed food plan contact me on wtsp eight two seven nine three six three five six five

I understand your situation 🙏 and thank you for explaining in detail. Let’s go step by step. --- ## 1. Why loose motion started after **Amlycure DS** * **Amlycure DS** is a polyherbal liver tonic (contains arogyavardhini, kutki, bhumyamalaki, etc.). * It is **pitta-reducing and mildly laxative** in nature. * In some people with sensitive stomach or weak digestion (low *Agni*), it can cause **loose motions, abdominal discomfort, or too much purgation**. Since your **bloating reduced** but **loose motion started within 2 days**, this suggests the medicine may be **too strong** for your digestion right now. --- ## 2. Should you continue? ➡️ **No, do not continue Amlycure DS if loose motions are persisting.** Pregnant women and people with weak digestion are usually advised mild, not strong, liver medicines. Since your digestion is already weak, better to stop. --- ## 3. Safer Alternatives (Ayurvedic, mild, liver + digestion support) You can try these instead of Amlycure DS (all are mild, easily available, and usually safe if not allergic): * ******tablets (Himalaya / Dhootapapeshwar)** – 1 tab morning and evening with water. * ******Vati** (low dose: 1 tab once daily, after food) – supports liver + reduces triglycerides. * ****churna** – ½ tsp at night with lukewarm water (if constipation is there). ⚠️ If loose motions continue, **avoid triphala and kutki-based medicines**. --- ## 4. Home & Diet Measures * Eat **fresh, home-cooked food only**. Outside food, bakery, fried, and packaged foods increase **Ama (toxins)** and triglycerides. * **Coconut water** or **buttermilk with roasted cumin** helps liver + digestion. * Avoid: fried food, excess oil, cheese, paneer, maida, sweets, cold drinks. * Use: bottle gourd, pumpkin, ash gourd, moong dal, green leafy vegetables (lightly cooked). * Regular walk after meals (10–15 min). --- ## 5. Monitoring * Repeat **LFT & Lipid profile** after 6–8 weeks of diet + mild Ayurvedic support. * If triglycerides remain high, you may need both **diet control + safe medicine**. --- ✅ **Summary for you:** * Stop **Amlycure DS** (causing loose motions). * Switch to mild options like ********** + dietary corrections. * Focus on **fresh food, less oil, more vegetables, daily walk**. * Re-check LFT & Lipid profile in 2 months. --- 👉 Do you want me to prepare a **simple liver-healing diet plan (veg, home-based, no expensive items)** that you can follow daily without much cost? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

Frequent gas, bloating, and loose motions after medicines indicate digestive imbalance. LFT changes and high triglycerides need proper diet correction along with Ayurvedic medicines rather than just allopathic tablets. Continuing the current medicine without supervision is not advisable. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan to manage digestion, liver health, and lipid levels safely.

1. LFT problem?? What levels raised ?? Unclear 2. Triglycerides raised. 3. Please stop outside food and learn to cook yourself because the food you take may be mixture of some fatty foods which is overloading your liver and leading to improper fat metabolism. 4. For loose motions - it's normal, u can take Any allopathy tablet for controlling your loose motions or I suggest you to take Kutajaghana vati and continue to take Amylcure ds.
