Gas problem , Burping ,Stomach Growling
I am 22 year old male weight 75 Height 5.11 ft  physical fit and also spent 2 hrs daily on physical activity. I am facing gas issue more frequently from past 2 months . When i wake up and drink water i need to burp gas out from my mouth in morning and after that when i sit in my college classroom gas started forming inside my stomach and start making Growling sound and burping also . I eat 2 bananas in the morning at 7:30 am and sometimes soaked chana plus almonds. Afterthat  eat lunch at 3pm and lunch at 9 pm . Please suggest me best ayurvedic medicine which can complete cure my this excessive gas , burp ,and growling issue. Ps:- I suffer from gallbladder stones issue in 2018 which are small but multiple so dr suggest me for removal surgery in 2018. So i go through gallbladder removal surgery in 2018 itself. ( Because of this gas growling issue inside my classroom i am unable to concentrate on my studies) Help 🙏🙏

Ur diet creats this problem so change urdiet habbits.In the early morning take 1glass lukewarm water empty stomach,then take ur breakfast, avoid banana,chana,badam it increases ur wt.ur wt.is also not proportional to ur ht.homemade buttermilk adding jeera powder, chat masala 1glassin lunch regularly.take lunch before 2pmand dinner before 9pm.

As per ayurvedic science in a morning time your digestion is generally low and already your gall bladder has removed so generally digestive juices secretion is also low and than if you are intaking banana and chana which are again heavy to digest...and after 7:30 to 3 is very big meal gap as well ...these all are reasons of generating gas and bloating in stomach

my suggestion is to you have ginger , lemon n salt  and garlic saute in til oil with asofoetida before meal take mahasankhvati 2-2 before food try to keep lesser gap between two meal. try to take sipping fashion water in morning hours that is maximum 1 glass. try to avoid extremely heavy breakfast.
