Your daughter's burping is likely due to swallowed air while eating too quickly. Since she is otherwise healthy, it's not a concern but can be managed with simple steps. Tips to Reduce Burping: Encourage slow eating and proper chewing. Avoid carbonated drinks, packaged juices, and raw foods. Give Ajwain water (1-2 tsp) or Saunf tea after meals. Ensure upright posture while eating and a short walk after meals. If burping persists with bloating or discomfort, consult a doctor.

Hello, Burping after every meal at this age is a matter of concern, but need not to worry. Just little changes in her diet and habits will solve the problem. Reasons may be: 1. Eating too quickly without chewing food properly 2. indigestion 3. Drinking more water in between and after meals 4. Getting distracted with mobile or TV during meals
Next Steps
1. Give her small portions of food 4 -5 times a day 2. Eat properly in a pleasant, quite atmosphere without watching T.V., reading, talking, etc. 3. Make habit of giving ur child food at a regular time 4. Give her dinner 2-3 hours before sleep 5. Avoid junk food like( pizza, burger, samosa etc) and spicy, oily , heavy food 6. Include fibre rich foods
Health Tips
1. Syp Amlycure DS 2.5 ml twice a day 2. Dry ginger powder 1/2 spoon with warm water before meals Consult ayurvedic doctor for further advice..
