Frequent burping
Hi, whenever I hav yellow dal in my meal, I ll b burping constantly, can u suggest me how can I prevent this without stopping consuming my yellow dal...

Eat two times meal only Avoid athar dal , milk , wheat , maida , hotel food  for three weeks Afternoon take only fruits and juices Take Ayurvedic Tablet APD plus 2 ttab 2 times after food Take Panchrishta 20 ml with equal quantity of water after food . After 15 days u will free from any gastric problem .

Burping after consuming yellow dal means your digestion get hamper. To improve digestion take Avipattikar powder 1 tsp after meal. Do Vajrasan 5 mins after every meal. Walk daily for 45 mins. Try to do Panchkarm Basti chikitsa. Thanks. If any doubt can consult.

Watch out for your burps..does it give you the taste of your previously consumed meal? If yes! It indicates that your previously consumed meal is not digested properly or completely If you have clear burps and you have not consumed your meal ...it means you are hungry and you should have your next meal now...if delayed it will suppress your digestive power.
