Fatty liver grade 1

I have seminal vasculitis infection for which I am having spemax allopathic medicine with pan d for gas.
I also have Grade 1 non alcoholic fatty liver and gas formation, and for which I would like to have Ayurvedic medicine and someone adviced me to have hingashtak Churan with ghee and liv 52 Syrup.
Is it ok, please advise.

You can continue with Liv 52 syp .
It is sufficient for both digestion as well help you for problem of fatty liver too.
