Sir My father is suffering from plural effussion and got 2 times drained with antiboitics is subsided, So plz give ayurveda medicine for fluid to stop.

I have non toxic goiter since 4 years. The size has been the same. My thyroid profile is normal & there's no issue except the swelling. I don't want to undergo surgery. Hi All, I am 33 yrs old female suffering with painful bladder over last 2.5 years. Symptoms are highest when I wake up. Recently did a cystocopy and they found dilated blood vessels on posterior wall and left lateral wall of the bladder with one area of glomerulation. I have mostly pain only on left side and sometimes the pain is worse going down my left leg like a nerve pain and I'm unable to walk when that nerve pain comes and constant pain at the end of the urine flow when I urinate. All this pain is only on left side right. I want a solution for this, can ayurveda help here for a permanent relief?

I have had a fissure for 1.7 years. It heals but comes back every 3 months as a small cut at the top (12 o’clock position). My motions are always soft, and I drink 2–2.5 litres of water daily. When my stool is about the thickness of 1.5 fingers, I feel the inner muscle open or stretch as the stool passes, and then contract back when it slides down. This seems to cause a spasm. How can I naturally reduce these spasms? Does gentle finger massage inside help?

Hello, I understand that smegma build up is a natural process and harmless. I regularly clean myself while bathing but is it normal to have too much of smegma built up with in days? There is almost always some odour coming due to that. Any preventive measures to reduce the build up? Is just cleaning not sufficient?
