Hello Doctor, my son is 3 year old, After recovering from viral he was doing good for almost 1 week but from 3-4 days he appetite got reduced very much He doesn't want to eat anything and he has done vomiting last evening and morning He is also complaining back pain some time and gas problem is also there Seems like he food is not digesting He is also coughing but very less His bowl movements are fine

LDL:170, VLDL:48, Triglycerides: 260, HDL: 42. In January everything was okay. Cardio reduced and nuts and yolk(2 yolk out of5) intake increased. Rest 2roti a day with sabzi and chicken during night. Reducing eggs without yolk and chicken only breast piece and no nuts and roti sabzi normal during noon. Introduced Himalaya Abana 2tab twice a day. I hope it is enough?

Dhatu rog results in deficiency of which vitamins? And what other mineral elements like sodium, caalcium, potassium may be deficient because of dhatu rog?? Kindly please guide and tell so that I can decide test package accordingly. Please help

Hi doctors, I found out yesterday,from the USG whole abdomen report that I have multiple gallstone calculi. The report says " GB wall is thick. Multiple large echogenic calculi largest one measuring 1.85 cm seen in its lumen." The report impression is "Fatty infiltration of liver (Grade - I) and Calculus cholecystitis". What should I do? I have no pain/fever/ rigor. My LFT report looks mostly normal except Protein (Total) which is 8.50 and albumin which is 4.88. My lipid profile is all within range and HbA1c is 5.4. I generally avoid oily food, nuts, maida products & cholesterol building junk food. I don't want to do surgery at all as I have heard that ayurvedic medicines can dissolve the stones in a year. My friend takes lithicare tablets and pittappai  syrup for 1.5cm stones.Should I do the same? Can anyone tell me which medicines or dosages I should take or any food/lifestyle changes I need to make? It will be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

My sister is 26 years old and has been diagnosed with Grade 3 fatty liver. How many mg of silymarin should she take? She is also obese and has now started focusing on her health and diet. Kindly help please so that her fatty liver can get reversed

I had a fall on 29 sept. I fell down on my knees- both bent more than 90deg. Right from my knee till shin bone its all black and blue and pain and stiffness. Some black patches soft tissue has become normal but pain persists. My calf region is still blackish. Shin bone has red patches. Ice fomentation x 2 times gives temp relief. No fracture x ray is done. What can help me to start walking normally?

Dear Doctor, From past many days there is pimples coming on my husband's forehead. Refer attached image. if one pimple cure another is coming. He is not eating any spicy or outside food only home food is eaten and also his stomach digestion is proper daily. So, Request you to kindly suggest any cream/ ointment to cure pimples faster. Hi doctor, I have taken 15 bandy plus tablets and many antibiotics in 3 months, I am having extreme weakness and anxiety, and diarrhea sometimes I have taken probiotics too but still have weakness and anxiety how many days do this side effects takes to solve and what I do now please help

Hi dr, My age is 36. Weight 95kg around. Height 6feet. Seating job with no much pattern of sleeping. Hardly excersie. Prediabetic. Family hitsory of diabetes. Dad has hair fall but after 50 age. I am lossing hair badly. It started around 2015.. then went slow im 2020 2024..but from 1 year.. it has increased... I cam see head portions now. Attaching most clear picture. Just apply normal any oil after bath. Hardly wash hair with shampoo due to fear of loosing hair more. I feel it is stage 3( dnt know exact). Please review and suggest if any chance hair regrowth possible

Have seb cyst on center back for last 4-5 years. Now it is grown to 1.5-2 inch visibly but deep must be same or more. Top Allopathy doctors in Chandigarh Tricity suggested surgery. Does ayurveda claim of curing it without surgery? What about cystogrit from Patanjali?
