I have to take diabetes allopathic medicine and Ayurvedic liver medicine, both which are required to b taken before lunch. What should be the time gap (if needed) between both medicines?

70 yrs female,  my Doctor has prescribed half spoon Shilajit powder in milk everyday as I hv early stage compensated liver cirrhosis. Except low appetite and acidity gas, I hv no symptoms, but I do have hypertension for which I take betablocker bp medicine which mostly controls the bp. I take vitamin minerals meds .   I take diabetes medicine also & sugars are mostly controlled. •I hv heard it can lower bp and can hv heavy metals if not properly analysed.  So Is shilajit safe esp considering bp and age? •Can taking it for 15 days cause any metal toxicity? Is amlapitta mishran a safe medicine for stoamch uclers? If so what is the dosage and timeline which one should take it to heal stoamch ulcers ? It has bhasma in it so will that cause any kidney or liver issues ?Along with Amlapitta mishran is there any other herbal medicine on can take which doesn't cause any side effects ?
