Kidney stone 5.6mm b/w kidney and bladder. How to reduce pain and nausea? How to remove the stone? Allopathy pain killer is there but do not want to use it.

Dear Doctor, This question is being asked for my wife. As she is 39yrs old and 70kg. She feels that her body is overweight due to less physical activity. As she is house wife, there is no outside going work or physical activity. She is having thyroid & taking thyrox 25. So Kindly suggest measures as  under mentioned: 1) to Reduce the weight for at least 5kg 2) Reduce weight without being tired. 3) suggest some ayurvedic medicines if required 4) any other suggestions Thank you Regards

Hello i have been suffering from nasal congestion from 2020 almost it was quite severe but later after some treatment it was ok but not completely gone i did ct scans and as per that hgpertrophy and all was shown i tried homeopathy but didnt work and did some ANTIBIOTICS allopath suggested by ent doctor in 2021 the doctors used to say at some particular age like 18+ youll get relief but i havent yet recently i did scan which is attached what is the treatment of it to cure completely or atleast 70% and even i have eusinophils 11 count its due to this allergy

Hi All, I am 33 yrs old female suffering with painful bladder over last 2.5 years. Symptoms are highest when I wake up. Recently did a cystocopy and they found dilated blood vessels on posterior wall and left lateral wall of the bladder with one area of glomerulation. I have mostly pain only on left side and sometimes the pain is worse going down my left leg like a nerve pain and I'm unable to walk when that nerve pain comes and constant pain at the end of the urine flow when I urinate. All this pain is only on left side right. I want a solution for this, can ayurveda help here for a permanent relief?
