My husband in ayurvedic treatment from a year for fissure was treated with pichu and laxatives post which it was in good control no clots no bleeding just a year which healed But once a month for three days he gets repeated burn or poke at the end of passing stools ...he is continuing laxatives lax powder and sunrroids tablets twice ..ropyathi oil administration at night and sitz almost daily.. Is the condition not curable...it's difficult to maintain routine when travelling and specially how long to do this ..even if he stops for one day seems like it recurs ..don't want to go for surgery. Diet is very high of fibre bad veggies plus lots of water around three liters he drinks. Where are we going wrong?

How long to take himalaya shatvari tablet 250 mg  for healing stoamch ulcers without any side effects?

I have high pitta and low agni. Trouble digesting anything. Constipation. Mouth ulcers. Weak bowel movement. Please help.

My Ayurveda doctor (BAMS) has provided me certain powders & tablets specially formulated under his guidance.   I was informed it is given to aid for stomach and liver ailments, but the packets and bottle have no labelling of details of contents inside.   This is my first time taking Ayurvedic medicines and so I am unaware about the ways medicines/powders being given in Ayurveda practice.   I was hesitant to ask the dr. So, will it b fine to take the medicine without knowing what contents are in there?

I have severe vaginal itch on clitoris and labia( both folds) from 2 years now. With dryness and mild thick white discharge. Post searching and taking treatments from various gynaecologists nothing helped. So i went to see an ayurvedic practitioner. She told me go through uttarbasti. But everywhere on google i am reading that uttarbasti is not good if you have some infection. But M she told me that google is wrong i can take sessions even in white discharge. I am now confused. Is it advisable ?

Hello From dec 2024 I am having acid reflux issue where it started with throat issues, I was feeling like a lump in the throat, it stayed for 3-4 months, j was taking PPI and antacid, it got treated, but again after 1 month that is in may 2025 I started having dry cough again it was due to acid reflux and still I am having this. I am taking PPI and antacid again and I have done alteration to my diet and some lifestyle changes, Still I need help to cure this permanently. Please suggest.

My father EEG shows background slowing and CT Head shows chronic small vessels ischemic changes, diffuse cerebral atrophy, prominent subarchanoid spaces in bilateral front regions. He is consistently drowsy and sleepy. Cannot express freely bit confused and blabber at times in sleep. Shown to a neurologist he has added admante, amantrel and modalert. Earlier his sodium was low but now within range with tablet natrise on alternate day. He has high bp, stent twice, AF and sugar. Can this condition be improved with ayurvedic medicines?

Some allopathic doctors suggest not to take herbal supplements stating they can cause harm/toxicity to the liver!   It is heard Many herbal supplements are not thoroughly tested for safety and can b contaminated with heavy metals!! •Can taking punarnava , bhumiamla , kutki, or any bhasma  etc  for cirrhosis pose any possible risks to liver?? I want to follow Ayurvedic treatment for early stage liver cirrhosis as I think it can help me better. •Should I continue my allopathic bp & sugar medicines along with herbal treatment?? •Which are reputed brands or company that can be trusted for herbal products/medicine ?

I recently started taking 1/2 spoon Ashwagandha powder in milk for stress, joint pain, and sleep. Can it adversely affect liver or other side effects in long term or if taken for several months?

I have got peptic uclers in the stoamch wanted to know if neem leaves boiled in water  can be consumed daily for the same ? If so how many neem leaves in water should be consumed ? Have heard that neem leaves have side effects is that true if so what can I add do to prevent the same ?
