Irrited by constipation, gas bloating
I have been dealing with persistent constipation and gas/bloating for the past few months. My bowel movements are not complete in the morning and I often feel discomfort, heaviness, and difficulty concentrating at work. Antacids and digestive tablets give only temporary relief. Since I stay in a mess due to my job, maintaining a proper diet is difficult. I want to know whether there is any safe ayurvedic or herbal medicine that can be taken daily to keep my digestion stable. Please guide me on the best way to manage this long-term.

Constipation and other digestive problems have become very common nowadays due to increased stress,hectic schedule,improper sleep and imbalanced hormones too. But dont worry since there are many herbs and ayurvedic medicines that will help you to get rid of it no sooner than later too.
