Whether person with IBS having 4 to 8 bowel movement a day can have UTI recurrent basis since bacteria from gastro tract reaches UTI tract and vice-versa also possible? Or both are separate and such bacteria transfer is impossible??? IBS lot of bowel movement and UTI

For this condition, you should contact a good Ayurvedic Vaidya near you, because Ayurveda has its own diagnostic methods as described by the Acharyas. You should undergo a Dashavidha Pareeksha (tenfold examination), based on which the Vaidya will be able to treat you accurately. Although there are many Ayurvedic medicines easily available anywhere, if you start taking them without proper guidance, you may not get relief and might even experience harm.

Yes its possible because of collection of undigested food(ama) along with low digestive fire or agni that leads to grahani that happens when you eat overly pitta aggravating foods. You should take kutaj ghanvati-1-0-1,trikatu churna-1gm for diarrhoea and for utis take gokshura tab-2-0-2 for 15 days.
