Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and arthritis are generally not directly connected, but some people with IBS or other gastrointestinal conditions may develop joint pain.
Next Steps
Since your vitamin levels are low, addressing those deficiencies is a priority. In addition, if joint pain persists, it might be worthwhile to consult with an ayurvedic doctor to rule out other forms of arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis.
Health Tips
Both Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 deficiencies can cause joint and muscle pain, including in the hands and fingers. Low Vitamin D is particularly associated with bone pain and weakness, while B12 deficiency can lead to neurological symptoms, including tingling or pain in extremities. Improving these vitamin levels might help reduce your joint pain.

Your b12 and vitamin d are very low. How about your other metabolic panel? Ibs is autoimmune and usually it can lead to other autoimmune conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis. Correcting your diet can go a long way. So switching to HAIP DIET can help. However, doing a HAIP DIET root cause analysis is needed.
