Can I take SIS JOINT tablet during breastfeed one month below baby boy

I have had a fissure for 1.7 years. It heals but comes back every 3 months as a small cut at the top (12 o’clock position). My motions are always soft, and I drink 2–2.5 litres of water daily. When my stool is about the thickness of 1.5 fingers, I feel the inner muscle open or stretch as the stool passes, and then contract back when it slides down. This seems to cause a spasm. How can I naturally reduce these spasms? Does gentle finger massage inside help?

Hello, I understand that smegma build up is a natural process and harmless. I regularly clean myself while bathing but is it normal to have too much of smegma built up with in days? There is almost always some odour coming due to that. Any preventive measures to reduce the build up? Is just cleaning not sufficient?
