Hello , i m a student , i struggle with headache during study plus my memory and concentration power is low , and i  am in fatigue during the day ,   what should i do, can i use brahmi and ashwgandha tabletss, can it make some change in my memory power , stress , headache and fatigue?,which is better to take ,brahmi or ashwgandha or anything elsee ,

I’ve had a recurrent anal fissure for 1.7 years. It comes back every 3 months at the 12 o’clock position as a small cut that heals within a week. I drink 2–2.5 L water daily, stools are usually soft, but the fissure recurs after a loose motion or when the starting tip of stool is a little solid. Symptoms are mainly a burning sensation for 5 min after passing stool, no constant pain. I first used Ayurvedic oils, and for the past year have been using diltiazem (Cremagel) twice daily for 5 months, which helps healing. I do not have a skin tag. Each time, it is just a small cut that heals completely, but recurs again. How can I heal this fissure permanently without surgery? And can such recurrent fissures (without skin tag, only small cuts that heal) cause perianal abscess or fistula later? I started drinking methi powder.

I have lot of pimples and puss pimples on my butt I have taken medicine prescribed by dermatologist but when I stop medicine it occur again how to cure it from internally so pimples don't happen again and also because of this I have lot of darkness and dark black spots on butt also want to cure that.
