I get throbbing sensations in temple nerves almost daily even after little stress or exertion. I am having sleep intense anxiety issues since last 5 years and I have tried my level best to cope with every angle of it and till today I am trying learning. I w Nowadays I feel that I wake up at 3am with my t-shirt almost wet the neck area with sweat and it feel so so lethargic after eating meals and at nigh almost like there no energy at all...But still I haven't stopped jogging in the morning no matter what I run 6 to 7 kms daily without any break so that my body is activated and sometimes I try anulom vilom some times I try meditation also but the thing is that how long will this go on...m ready for everything but there has to be some concrete way of measuring things tracking sleep and knowing where am i going right and wrong. Also after running my head portion at the back above the neck starts paining sometimes but I dont give up.

I have been diagnosed with urethral stricture. I have met multiple urologist already..all mentioned to go surgery. Later I have came across homeopathy can cure urethral stricture. But last 1 year I took homeopathy medicine but no sign improvement. Could you please suggest atleast in Ayurveda or siddha can cure this problem.

My reports are fine thyroid, vitamin d, vitamin 12 all are in range. Since last 2-3 months since monsoon have started i am facing hairfall issue and hairs are also looking dull. Since past 2 months digestion is also very average. How can i treat this and stop hairfall. I dont have dandruff.

I took 2 tablets of shirah shuladi vajras rasa and 1 tablet of cephagraine for 4 days as prescribed by my doctor for my headache.
