I have hypertension I am taking cilnidipine 10mg morning and evening and telmisartan 20 morning and metoprolol 25 evening. Still my bp 130/90 plus. Especially diastolic always 90 plus. Felling palpitations and heaviness in chest and dizziness. All blood reports TMT and brain MRI normal. First consulted homeopathy doctor tried different medicines only one thing helped me. Raulfia serpertina three times 10 drops some how helpful but not 100% . Still feeling dizziness and palpitations. This time I consulted ayurvedic doctor he suggested me HT KOT two times along with current medication . But I am unable to access HT KOT , so he asked me take arjuna 500mg two times untill I access HT KOT . I am taking arjuna around three months palpitations heaviness controlled ,not much impact on bp readings, can I continue a orjuna for longer time does this cause any side effects for long usage or can I switch to ht kot now. One question does arjuna is blood thinner which need to stop before any surgery.

From last 3–4 years I was feeling shock waves like pain in the head while coughing, laughing, sudden sitting up position and after that feel pain in the neck, so doctor told me for MRI brain and spine and diagnosed with following: 1. The first neck bone (C1) is fused with the skull. 2. The top of the spine (dens) is slightly higher than normal (mild basilar invagination). 3. The lower part of the cerebellum (tonsils) is slightly pushed down — tonsillar herniation. Want to if I hv to go through surgery or is thr any medication or some physical exercises can heal the problem.

After delivery when can I start Dasmoolrishta syrup ? What should be dosage ? Should we take Balant kadha no 1 , 2 , 3 ?? Can we take them together?

I have an endometrioma cyst in both ovaries of around 2cm. I have been advised of panchkarma and basti. Will this procedure resolve the cyst or is it just taking a chance. Should i go for it. Please suggest.

Weight has increased — I’m currently 83 kg. I’m 30 years old, married, and don’t have children. Last year, I followed a diet plan; I reduced my weight from 81 kg to 76 kg in 2 months. After that, I returned to my normal routine, and this year my weight again increased to 79 kg. Then I consulted another dietician. The first dietician gave me a lot of cheelas (savory pancakes), and I got bored eating the same thing repeatedly. With the second dietician, I lost 3 kg in 45 days, but I didn’t continue the plan because the recipes she gave were too difficult — like beetroot patties (chukandar ki tikkiya). Now that winter has started, I feel very hungry and crave sweets. I end up eating 3 laddus daily and something made with mentha (flour/mint snacks). As a result, my weight has gone back up to 83 kg. Next month I’m traveling abroad, so I won’t be able to follow a strict diet plan. What should I do now to bring my weight down to 76 kg again?
