My vitamin d3 is low ..my vitamin d3 is 34..2 only.which medicine is good for me..can u tell me. Please

I have been dealing with persistent constipation and gas/bloating for the past few months. My bowel movements are not complete in the morning and I often feel discomfort, heaviness, and difficulty concentrating at work. Antacids and digestive tablets give only temporary relief. Since I stay in a mess due to my job, maintaining a proper diet is difficult. I want to know whether there is any safe ayurvedic or herbal medicine that can be taken daily to keep my digestion stable. Please guide me on the best way to manage this long-term.

Hello I had three tracks for anal fistula .for which i opted kshars sutra treatment. It was done on 2 spet 2025. After this ,every week I had gone through thread change process the pus is still coming. It's been more than 2 months. Now far from anal area the skin becomes hard and I can see hard lump is coming which is very painful.what will be the reason.? Since I have IBS issue as well so my ayurveda doctor advised me to eat khichdi and chaas Currently taking kutaj vati/ sanjeevani vati . How to know that my treatment is going better. Cause I have lost almost 12 kg since I am not eating nonveg and due to IBS issue my diet is restricted. pus is still coming out and one new lump is growing which is very painful. Please advise

Whether person with IBS having 4 to 8 bowel movement a day can have UTI recurrent basis since bacteria from gastro tract reaches UTI tract and vice-versa also possible? Or both are separate and such bacteria transfer is impossible??? IBS lot of bowel movement and UTI

What medicine and food is recommended for splenomegaly, asymptomatic in early stage compensated liver cirrhosis patient (71 yrs)?  Also has hypertension, subclinical hypothyroidism and prediabetes. Any specific daily herbal remedy for spleen enlargement?

My Grandmother has a history of heart blockage and Angioplasty was done in 2018. She is on medication since then. As per her latest 2D Echo reports she has blockage again and needs to get her Angiography done as soon as possible to check the same. Our family doctor suggested to consult Ayurvedic doctor. Is it risky to go with Ayurvedic procedure as she might need Angioplasty as per cardiologist. And will the Ayurvedic procedure help to treat blockage ?
