Hi doc Does taking triphala churanam cause cold with throat infection? I m taking for past two weeks.. I got cold twice n my voice changed..

Is there treatment in Ayurveda for 6mm midline prostatic utricle cyst . Lower abdomen discomfort is symptom.

I am currently taking homeopathy medication for ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION(PENIS PAIN, NO MORNING ERECTION, PREMATURE EJACULATION,) BLOATING,GAS and also for HIGH URIC ACID  around 8 ,but In order to slove my erectile dysfunction quickly  i am Also taking currently DABUR SHILAJIT GOLD(Just started 1 week ago)1capsule at night and sometimes 1 morning and 1 night and greatly seeing results as if I have not problem but still  my premature ejaculation, weak painful  erection, no morning wood are not solved so I am thinking after consulting ayurveda shop owner he recommended me to take 1 shiljait gold capsule, along with musli pak 1tsp and kaunch beej 1tsp both with honey all at night so should I take it as he recommends then what to take to minimise my pitta dosha(uric acid) along with it and which company shilajit gold capsule and musli pak should I take is it the baidyanath good or should I replace baidyanath shilajit gold with baidyanath vita ex gold one kindly reply

Please tell me , which will be better to consume ashwagandha churna, kauch beej ,milk and ghee or with ashwagandha churna, kauch beej honey and ghee ? For erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation

I had hemorrhoids internal now it looks like this just have bit discomfort n slight soreness im taking kottakal treatment can any1 suggest me any ointment also I have throat infection kindly suggest something I ve inflamed tonsils

I was taking 1 capsule Dabur shilajit gold  with milk, ghee, ashwagandha churna , 1/2 tsp arjuna chal, 1/2 tsp triphala churna for 1 week and only at night   and seeing good result So I want to ask can I take Baidyanath shilajit gold capsule instead of dubar along with Baidyanath musli pak 1 tsp and kaunch beej 1stp 1 time daily for erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, no morning wood, penis pain etc But I have hyper uric acid around level 8 and also have bloating, gas then for this which medicine to chose and can I also take baidyanath vita ex capsule instead of shilajit gold for even better results kindly reply

Can excessive hand practice cause jerks in body as it drains energy from the whole body.jerks(uncomfortable feeling all the day). Which Excessive nightfall after leaving hand practice Or hand practice over years can cause this Please answer urgently As soon as possible.. Today within 1-2 hour
