Stool becoming harder, during defecation it is straining with much pain, & high friction Also, mix blood is comming with stool, Although I intake warm water daily in sufficient amount, Sitz bath with beetadeen solution 2-3 times daily Chymoral forte tablet 2 times daily Lactitol syrup 2 times daily But stool not becoming softener , I have started normal simple fiber diet with roti, But stool becoming harder daily, Problem is blood mix comming with stool, Please give me best suggestion? How to cure it? Is there chances of reccurrance much?

Does consuming ghee at dinner time good for chronic hard stool problem? If yes, how much tablespoon is safe for daily?

My mom has been diagnosed with L4-L5 spondylolisthesis with diffuse disc bulge causing bilateral mild neural foraminal stenosis and moderate spinal canal stenosis in MRI scan . Due to this spinal stenosis she has been in turn diagnosed with neurogenic claudication due to which she feels severe posterior leg stiffness after change in position from sitting to standing more predominantly in morning and in evening also she gets severe tingling in both feet and also she can ascend the steps and slopes but she can't descend them. Even she feels difficulty when taking bath standing Any natural remedies for this condition? Please kindly help

My 6yr old girl having allergy rubbing eyes and small red bumps on above the lips and around and above eyes so dr gave atarax but didn't reduce so again went to dr he gave allegra and cetzine .. I'm giving it for the past 10 days itching reduced and rashes reduced.. he told it is urticaria.. but she had one red bump on her cheek and butt line for the past 5 days.. it started with red spot now it is look like heat boil.. I am suffering from Non obstructive Azoospermia which I got to know last year October 2024, I am married for 4 years and trying to conceive for last 2 years. I got my self test on January  for various test i.e. FSH 23.38, LH 9.14, testesterone 413, E2 30.75 I am taking  allopathy treatment of HCG 5000IUI INJECTION, CLOMIPHENE TABLET AND WELYCO TABLETS for last six months and again tested myself and result are FSH 5.73, LH 4.35, testesterone 432, E2 26 , SEMEN ANALYSIS NIL SPERM COUNT and I don't have diabetes and blood pressure problem. I think I have testicular failure problem. Dr. saying we will go for FNAC if sperm found then do mtese. I am very confused and terrfied what if no sperm found. Please genuinely guide me if ayurveda can treat it or not 🙏
