I got sentinel tag with fissure in one week is acute fissure can have sentinel tag it gets healed and comes again and again sentinel tag size is reduced from initial now it has severe spasm

Is there treatment for premature ejaculation by Ayurvedic medicines. PE happened by maturbation from teen age and it caused PE problem.

I am actively trying for baby for past 4 years, all results normal for my husband and for me all normal only a subserosal fibroid is present around 2cm but that doesn't affect conception. Period cycle regular 28-30 days with proper lh peak on cd 14. But this time it came a bit early on cd 26 itself. I got dark black mucus which I assumed to be implantation( as this cycle I had lot of milky white discharge usually it would be dry) but very next day I got my periods. Heavy back cramps( I never get that) followed by lot of tissue in period, blood flow comparatively less in day 2 but still see tissues in period. What is that black discharge and why there is lot of tissues/thick blood in period ?

I had 4.75 mm midline utricle prostatic cyst in 2023 ,found during USG , USG was done because at that time I had abdominal discomfort , after antibiotics that discomfort was gone away. Again In 2025 Dec I felt same condition , I went for USG , midline utricle prostatic cyst was 6mm . I consult Ayurvedic Doctor for medicine and started the medicine from 12 Dec 2025 . All discomfort was gone away , I am feeling good . I am using this medicine from 22 days. Only 7 to 8 days medicine is left now so as to complete 1 month & it will take 7 days to reach here medicine parcel. I felt less urine output by taking these medicines and body weakness . I wanna change this prescription , should I stop this medicines and go for USG after completing 1 month or Should I continue the same medicine.

Gugulu and brahm vati had been prescribed by one dr and other prescribed gugulu and chandraprabhavati tablets Kindly tell which two i should give and how to take for how long?

I am having persistent dry mouth since last 6 weeks. All my reports are normal like sugar, thyroid. I drink 2-3 litres of water everyday. I don't take any medications. I don't mouth breathe. I visited several ENTs and physicians and they didn't see any issues with the glands. Some physicians say it might be due to stress. I am unable to find root cause for this and this is making me very stressed.

Due to career related issue , I chewed tobacco for 1 year later I stopped once I got good job , now after getting job I stayed clean , from past 4 months i smoke daily cigerette 5-6 a day and now a pack , now left it due to fear of cancer as few people in my family had it and died from it , now I stopped smoking completely no bad habits now except I don't exercise, I heard go mutra prevent cancer and also I need to know if any medicine and food instructions available in ayurveda to prevent cancer and lead healthy life I'm really scared please help me with correct diet and medicines

Is there ayurvedic treatment for phonatory gap and mild bowing of vocal cords who will cure me 100%  bcz my vocal cords are not closing properly and voice therapist also told that there is only 70-80% can cure not fully curable
