ED has not only the physical cause behind, but also 90% psychological factors. Stress, anxiety, depression etc. Pleasant mind in pleasant environment is the basic essential. You are taking any drugs which decrease your libido? This also to be dealt with. Face to face counselling is more helpful rather than blind prescriptions .

These medicines may provide symptomatic improvement while you are taking them, but whether the benefit continues after stopping depends on the underlying cause of your erectile dysfunction. If factors like diabetes, hormonal imbalance, poor blood flow, stress or lifestyle issues are not addressed, erections may become weak again after discontinuation. Instead of depending only on supplements, the root cause should be evaluated and treated. Please consult me so I can assess your condition and guide a long-term management plan.
The answer depends largely on the underlying cause of your erectile dysfunction (ED). If the medicines are primarily improving symptoms while you are taking them, there is a possibility that the improvement may reduce after stopping them if the root cause of the erectile dysfunction has not been addressed.
For example, if the erection problem is related to factors such as poor sleep, stress, obesity, lack of exercise, diabetes, smoking, excessive pornography use, or reduced physical fitness, then lasting improvement usually comes from correcting those factors. In such cases, medicines may provide support, but long-term results depend on overall health and lifestyle changes.
On the other hand, if your erectile function has improved because your confidence, physical health, sleep, and lifestyle have improved during the treatment period, some of the benefits may continue even after the medicines are discontinued.
Next Steps
Observe whether: Morning erections have improved. Erections occur naturally without much stimulation. Libido has improved. Confidence during intimacy has increased. The improvement remains stable over time. Avoid becoming dependent on the idea that erections are possible only because of the medicines. Instead, focus on improving the factors that influence sexual health naturally. If erectile dysfunction has been present for a long time, it is better to understand the underlying cause and develop a long-term management plan rather than repeatedly changing supplements. Health Tips
Maintain a healthy weight, exercise regularly, sleep 7â8 hours daily, manage stress effectively, and avoid tobacco and excessive alcohol. Focus on cardiovascular fitness, as good blood vessel health is closely linked to good erectile function. Remember that sustainable improvement in erections usually comes from improving overall health rather than relying solely on any medicine or supplement. The better the underlying cause is addressed, the greater the chance that improvements will persist even after treatment is stopped. Thank you
