I have chronic constipation always. Doctor suggest gandharvastadi oil, Panchsakar churn, kankayan bati, Arogyavardhini vati,rajbati after meal and empty stomach Avipattikar but still motion not come Due to kankayan bati i have small headache.suggest any other medicine

I am a 26-year-old male experiencing persistent morning symptoms that I would like evaluated. Hi , I had anal abscess two times last year and don't have any drainage or reabscess since a year, doctors said there is no fistula track or anything.but I am not able to get over it.i keep thinking what if I reabscess what if the track silently progress into other organs,will turn to rectovaginal silently,I am not able to overcome this in my mind,it gets difficult to travel and also plan things.please help.
