Is there really something like navel disbalance? Since a month I'm having much gastritis and constipation, feeling low energy and lightheadedness too. I go to gym for 4 months, doing weight lifting training too. Because of this issue i went to homeopathic doctor first, he checked my navel and said it's disbalance. Just want to know if disbalance causes constipation, gas and what do I do further?

Want to rid of porn and masturbation habits. Suffering from PE. Also, diagnosed with grade 4 Varicocele. Any possible therapies, treatments in ayurveda for all the above please.

I took finasteride for six days starting stopping and starting and finally stopping and had prolonged arousal which caused hyperspeamia (high semen volume).My erectile Dysfunction is gone but when my hyperspeamia will resolve . I am really worried.

So whenever i have spicy foods or ignore hunger pangs just 2-3 minutes or Go out in sun for long or Hot season comes then my gut starts releasing water. As a result my motion comes watery once a day with burning in anus, skin becomes dry,bloating,heart rate increases for 2 minutes, sometimes i feel dizzy.Acidity happens downwards. Usually when i don't have heating & temp is normal my motion is not watery without burning but shapeless once a day& bloating. In cold season or having giloy or pitta shamak results in formed motion but extremely sticky. Once i went to kashmir for a week my motion automatically became well formed just slightly sticky, frequent hunger vanished,skin rash& inflammation dry circles all vanished, dry skin became normal.

Can papaya be eaten in piles. asking because it is of hot taaser. If yes can I eat both times i.e. in breakfast and dinner. What alternate fruits can be eaten that makes stool soft and has cold taaser I have chronic Fissure which is healing now and internal piles which comes out during stool pass and doesn't pain , need to push by hand.

I m having digestive distress bloat sometimes mushy stools sometimes normal and more anxiety since 1 yr drs say it's IBS I have done lot allopathy ayurvedic etc and whenever my periods approaches it becomes worse some say it might b Sutaka vayu dosha if it's this then wat r its remedies I have one elder daughter of 6yrs and 2yr old younger daughter both normal deliveries ... now its been 2 yr after my second delivery can we do it's remedies now ? Pls suggest
