Hi doc Does taking triphala churanam cause cold with throat infection? I m taking for past two weeks.. I got cold twice n my voice changed..

My wife snores very loudly at night but her sleep doesn't break. Is there a proper treatment in ayurveda for snoring?

Please tell me , which will be better to consume ashwagandha churna, kauch beej ,milk and ghee or with ashwagandha churna, kauch beej honey and ghee ? For erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation

I am currently taking homeopathy medication for ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION(PENIS PAIN, NO MORNING ERECTION, PREMATURE EJACULATION,) BLOATING,GAS and also for HIGH URIC ACID  around 8 ,but In order to slove my erectile dysfunction quickly  i am Also taking currently DABUR SHILAJIT GOLD(Just started 1 week ago)1capsule at night and sometimes 1 morning and 1 night and greatly seeing results as if I have not problem but still  my premature ejaculation, weak painful  erection, no morning wood are not solved so I am thinking after consulting ayurveda shop owner he recommended me to take 1 shiljait gold capsule, along with musli pak 1tsp and kaunch beej 1tsp both with honey all at night so should I take it as he recommends then what to take to minimise my pitta dosha(uric acid) along with it and which company shilajit gold capsule and musli pak should I take is it the baidyanath good or should I replace baidyanath shilajit gold with baidyanath vita ex gold one kindly reply

I am taking 1 dabur shlijit gold capsule, ashwagandha churna, 1/2tsp triphala,1/2 tsp arjuna chal only one time at night daily and seeing good results so for better results CAN I ADD baidyanath musli pak and kauch beej both 1tsp and replace dabur shlijit gold with baidyanath shilajit gold ,will it be better and even for better results can I replace baidyanath shilajit with vita ex capsule but I have, bloating, gas and uric acid level 8 so what can I do should I increase triphala or would you recommend me other medicine for pacify my uric acid level as well as my digestive , bloating, acidity and gas issue

I have premature ejaculation, don't want to try techniques as they didn't work. Hope ayurveda have a solution. I have vayu problem, and acidity as always. I do smoke but this problems were there even before I started. I also feel burning sensation nowadays in penis, not too much but a little. Some weeks ago I did have pain my left testicle, It eventually went away. my sperm vitality is also became very low, and I feel weakness in my sexual organs. However I don't have any problems in erection. Hope I find some good ayurvedic solutions for these problems.

Hi, I have an anal fistula it gave me two abcess initially and nothing since 10 months no discomfort nothing at all track shows zero length in mri can it heal itself.can it turn to a recto vaginal fistula with time? I am getting anxiety please clear.

My mother has low immunity since 3 decades. whenever she come in contact with low temperature water, she start to feel like having fever but on thermameter body temperature remains normal. she gets cough and cold easily and frequently in winter leading to fever. even while travelling facing mild to cold winds may lead to fever, cough and cold like situations again. Many allopathic doctors suggested immunity booster medicines but it did not properly and casued side effects.Can anyone help?

My 6 year old daughter has a small patch of dandruff on her head. And it has started to spread now . I regularly shampoo her hair and use coconut oil. I have dandruff, so may be because of that she also got dandruff. Please give some  remedy/ treatment as I don't want to use any harsh chemicals on my child's head.
