Hi doctor, stomach pain and diarrhea with loss of appetite and loss of energy from 8 months I have done full blood test reports are normal I have taken many treatment I don't know how it will heal help please I don't have much money too

I follow everything told by doctor still my muscles aren't relaxing. I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. I had been following everything. Still my muscles & spinchter aren't relaxing. & causing incomplete evacuation & cramps. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. I'm still suffering. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge.No much pain too. I recently discovered that I had this habbit of half bending/ half squatting while peeing more like bending a little & standing. Since 7 years I have never sat down to pee. I was avoiding UTI & did that. Could that have caused muscle disorientation & tension leading to chronic pain? If yes please guide how to relax again like it used to be 7 years ago. Please🙏 😭

Ive been facing allergic symptoms of cold and cough by every seasonal change along with nasal congestion,feverishness and also headache at times.So how to cure it from the root to stop the recurrence?

I've been taking laxatives daily for 2 years. Cremaffin plus causes diarrhea daily. All night it causes stomach cramps & I end up not sleeping well. I recently realized, I had the habit of half squatting while peeing. Like bending a little & standing. Since 7 years I have never sat down to pee. To avoid UTI. Could that have caused muscle disorientation & tension leading to chronic pain? If yes, will it not become like before? please guide how to relax again like it used to be 7 years ago. Please🙏 😭 I've been hopelessly undergoing surgeries. Again doc has told surgery. I might die if I keep undergoing surgeries so often. I have other surgeries to undergo for other issues too. It got delayed as I've been undergoing this surgery repeatedly. lost too much weight & weakness coz of pain & surgeries.

I am feverish internally,flu like, measured temp normal. Body temp becomes hot for few minutes then goes normal,but continues to not feeling well for past 7 days. No cold,cough. Burning eyes Not red or teary.  Stomach heaviness. Mild cramps.  Malaise. No diarrhea. No vomit.  I m Able to eat. *Had street food once before this and also could be mosquito bites. *Typhoid test is normal. Cbc is normal with neutrophils 71. USG shows reactive mesenteric lymphadenopathy, other normal. No dengue malaria test done.  I don't know if it's viral or bacterial.  Is there anything in Ayurveda for viral infection and also for bacterial infection, for stomach n fever ??   (no diarrhea or vomit, firm stool, normal urine, on &off less than 100 feverish) 🙏🏻

I found with e coli infection on urine. I take antibiotics suggested by physician but health goes down. Symptoms i have 1. Urine frequency 15-20 times a day i have to go for urinate. 2. Feeling of not emptying bladder. Ques.- Can i cure it with ayurvedic treatment.

Person had typhoid a week back. Now she is fine. Reports are also normal. So now can she start taking her ongoing ayurvedic medicines which she has been taking since a month for fibroid and cyst and period problem. Medicines are : ushirasava, ashokarista, kachnar gugullu, vriddhi vatika vati and cystogrit. Is it ok to start continue it again as typhoid is cured or should she wait for other few days?

I am having severe issue with my bowel movement.due to this mental stress has increased & also facing  headache frequently because of this .I am facing this since 3 months .I do feel uncomfortable with my daily routine for this.also have to strain myself more inside bathroom  during passing stool. I do feel this like constipation. I do night shift job everyday except weekends. Please help me how to deal with this problem.i am literally fed up . MALE ,38 YEARS
