I've been dealing with premature ejaculation for 4-5 years, meaning I have zero timing. I want to increase my timing. If I take treatment, how much can my timing improve? Please tell me, I'm unmarried and 31 years old.

I consulted many dr they told me both my vata and pitta r imbalanced.My symptoms- loose motion,gas ,bloating,dry skin, downwards acidity,red skin rash on cheeks, frequent hunger, feeling cold all time. I took Dadimashtak on dr advise - now my motion is wellformed but slightly sticky and i feel extremely cold with increased gas & dry skin.Why ??
