My son is 3 months old. When is the right age to start swarnaprashan for him. Kindly help on this. Can I start from 6th month.

I consulted my ayurvedic doctor for general fatigue after cold and cough. I have cold and phlegm and general tiredness from last 5 days. The doctor suggested me to take nimbadi guggul 3 times a day. Is it a correct medicine for my symptoms. I am a patient of nephrotic syndrome from last 2 months and on steroids 30mg Prednisone. What medicine can be used to overcome tiredness
