I am facing Sticky motion problem from a year which is a bit loose.Also bloating,lack of appetite.Whenever i consult any doctor they advise me pungent medicine which makes my motion further loose. Since this problem has started i feeling cold everytime,skin has become severely dry & flaky. Now by consulting multiple doctors I got to know it's kapha imbalance. What to do??😭😭

Sir, im currently suffering from acute gout attack from yesterday and my uric acid is 9 (3-7 being normal). My left ankle area is very painful and swollen also very stiff, doctor prescribed zycolchin .5mg, indocap sr and febumac 40 but these medicines hv high side effects and would like to switch to ayurvedic medicines that lowers uric acid n relives pain but with zero or minimal side effects. Is himalaya cystone and shigru good medicines ?

Hello Dr., My recent reports showed: TSH 10.08 µIU/mL (now 1.8 after 2 months on 75 mcg thyroxine), Total T3 1.29 ng/mL, Total T4 8.58 µg/dL, Free T3 3.68 pg/mL, Free T4 1.08 ng/dL, and Anti-TPO 353.3 IU/mL. Vitamin D is 50.5 ng/mL, B12 is 1210 pg/mL, Ferritin is 19.3 ng/mL, CRP is 6.9 mg/L and hs-CRP is 4.71 mg/L. I also have PCOD with irregular cycles and bulky ovaries. We have been trying to conceive naturally for one year and my husband’s semen profile is normal. I follow a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly, but my cycles remain irregular. I would like guidance on lowering Anti-TPO antibodies, improving ovulation, and increasing the chances of natural conception. Is spontaneous pregnancy possible for me, and what treatment or steps should I take for thyroid health, PCOD, and fertility? What treatment, Supplements should I take to lower antibodies, thyroid and PCOD? Also, does high Anti-TPO increase miscarriage risk even if TSH is controlled?

I was using Dabur shilajit gold for past week 1 capsule at night with warm milk, ghee, ashwagandha churna 1tsp ,arjuna chal  and triphala churna and greatly seeing the results for my erectile dysfunction, hyper premature ejaculation, no morning wood , penis pain So I want to ask if 1.I can add 1tsp musli pak and 1 kaunch beej for my hyper premature ejaculation but I am afraid to do so because I also suffer for hyper uric acid around 8, bloating and gas please suggest medicine to balance my dosha or to enhance it. 2 I also want to ask if I can  take baidyanath shilajit gold and baidyanath musli pak(Baidyanath asli ayurveda  wriiten one )is it will be better than Dabur and 3.Can I  replace shilajit gold with vita ex gold capsule with it be better 4. I was taking 1 capsule Dabur shilajit gold  with milk, ghee, ashwagandha churna , 1/2 tsp arjuna chal, 1/2 tsp triphala churna for 1 week and only at night   and seeing good result So I want to ask can I take Baidyanath shilajit gold capsule instead of dubar along with Baidyanath musli pak 1 tsp and kaunch beej 1stp 1 time daily for erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, no morning wood, penis pain etc But I have hyper uric acid around level 8 and also have bloating, gas then for this which medicine to chose and can I also take baidyanath vita ex capsule instead of shilajit gold for even better results kindly reply

I’m experiencing allergy symptoms triggered by cold weather. Every morning when I wake up, my day begins with continuous sneezing and a blocked nose. To manage these symptoms, I’m trying supportive home remedies such as drinking warm water, doing steam inhalation, and keeping myself warm at night by using a warm blanket and wearing warm clothes during sleep. Hi, I have one 5 mm gallstone. Is it possible to dissolve it with ayurvedic medicine? If yes, how long will it take? I do not have any other symptoms and all reports are normal except slightly elevated tatal bilirubin count. Best regards Vikram
