I consulted many dr they told me both my vata and pitta r imbalanced.My symptoms- loose motion,gas ,bloating,dry skin, downwards acidity,red skin rash on cheeks, frequent hunger, feeling cold all time. I took Dadimashtak on dr advise - now my motion is wellformed but slightly sticky and i feel extremely cold with increased gas & dry skin.Why ??

I am having regular periods but my bleeding and flow resuced drastically. earlier i used ti have 5 days flow now only 1 or 2 days and after that nit even spotting. my fsh is 6.39 and lh is 2.6 prolactin is 31. i have type 2 diabetes and my hba1c is 7.8 since 3 years. am i going through menopause transition or its a hormonal imbalance

May I apply raw amla juice directly on scalp , keeping the raw juice in a iron pot for 24 hours everyday for almost 6 months for my premature white hair reversal. Can it cause any big side effect like any harm to kidney or liver like chemical dye( I want to use it every day for 6 months)???
