I attach usg report..age 35 years.. . I have lump infront of left year from 2 years.. I m taking homeopathy medicine from 7 month but no relief... There is no pain while chewing or opening mouth... Sometimes deep ear pain and lump surrounding area pain.. But lump is not painful..

I am attaching a pic. These rashes have been there across different areas on the body like in the groin area underarms, stomach and chest. It's not healing since 28 days. I have been using itraconazole 200 mg and soap and liloconazole cream along with anti fungal powder as prescribed by the doctor, also I purchased homeopathy medicines but not using it. Both the doctos I,e dermatologist and homeapthy doctor said it's tinea corporis/ Ringworm.  Also it has not spread to my partner. I just want to know what exactly it is ? Tinea corporis? Eczema or psoriasis or any other rash. Is it a sign of diabetes or an early symptom of HIV.

Can someone help me with mild Palinopsia-like symptoms? I am seeing persistent afterimages of the object for 1-2 seconds. I am becoming fed up. I have visited multiple ophthalmologists & Neuro Opthalmologists but no one is able to tell me why it is happening. Most of them say I am overthinking but I am seeing these afterimages from the past 4 months. For ex: if I see tv and look sideways then the glimpse of tv is there for 1-2 seconds. This is happening with a window grill, plaster of paris design also. I have a number of floaters in both eyes and also have a lazy eye in the left eye. I am becoming mad day by day. Is there anyone who can help me. I heard the term Palinopsia for this on the Internet. I have been taking L-gautholine 500 MG and Bilypsa for fatty liver for 6 months. Can it be the cause??

My father is having 17mm single stone in his gall bladder. A month back he was admitted in the hospital for 6 days due to heavy pain (acute pancreatis). Now alopathy reports state that surgery needs to be done but there is no urgency due to big size of stone (it won't Block the duct anymore). He was thinking to try Ayurveda before the surgery. Shall I go ahead with surgery or else wait for Ayurvedic solution. I have attached ultrasound report for the same

I have High blood pressure problem. I have dizziness and heavyness in chest and shortness of breath problems. Evening my BP raising regularly. Currently taking telmisartan 40 and cilnidipine10 morning and metoprolol 25 and cilnidipine10 at evening. After this medication my heavyness in chest and shortness of breath controlled. But still my bp 140/90 plus and having dizziness regularly. Recently one govt ayurvedic doctor suggest to take divya Mukta vati morning two and evening two tablets. Iam taking them almost 6 months. Now I can feel better and dizziness also controlled bp almost below 130/90. Can I continue Divya Mukta vati longer time ? Does it cause any impact on kidney liver heart? Now I am taking Mukta vati along with above medicine. All my blood mri brain TMT reports are normal. Don't know the reason for dizziness when bp is above 140/90 . Is there any better one compare to Mukta vati which can control bp or can I take patanjali Mukta vati daily.

Hello, Attached a CT scan report. Right kidney ~ 10.2 x 4.6 cm appears normal. Few (atleast 3) tiny concretions noted at all calyces of right kidney of average size ~1.5-2 mm. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen. Right ureter appears normal, no dilatation/calculus seen. No abnormal perinephric fat stranding / collections noted. Left kidney ~ 10.3 x 4 cm appears normal. A calculus of size 10.5 x 10.3 mm with a mean attenuation of ~1313 HU noted in mid pole calyx of left kidney. A tiny concretion of size ~2 mm noted in the upper polar calyx. No evidence of hydronephrosis seen. Could you please suggest weather surgery is the option or some medicine will treat and remove stone?
