Takradhara and Pottali therapy may provide symptomatic relief for pain, stiffness and relaxation, but they should be considered supportive therapies rather than a replacement for proper Psoriatic Arthritis treatment. Since PsA can cause progressive joint damage, regular rheumatology follow-up and appropriate disease-modifying treatment are important. Please consult me with your current reports and medicines so I can assess whether these therapies are suitable and suggest an integrated plan.
