Hello, I’m sorry to hear you’re going through this discomfort. Chronic piles with pain during and after passing stool can be very distressing — and yes, Ayurvedic treatment can help manage the pain and support long-term healing. We approach it by identifying the root cause (like constipation, diet, or digestive imbalance) and treating it with herbal medicines, diet changes, and local applications to reduce inflammation and pain. For a complete and personalized plan, I’d recommend booking a consultation. That way, we can assess your condition properly and start a treatment that gives lasting relief. Take care, Dr. Arisha Ayurveda Consultant
