I am on Ayurvedic medicines for piles and fissure treatment. Seeking effective ointment to heal fissure quickly, as it bleed whenever there is little hard stool and it pains for few hours severly if applied strain while passing stools.
I am having this from last 2 months. Relief I want is that, if there is little straining or little hard stool there should not be any problem.
I have avoided tea & coffee, No spicy and junk food in diet, Can I have Curd, potato, rice or should completely avoid this.
