I am taking pilon tablet twice a day since 5 days as allopathic doc suggested. I think it's Ayurvedic product. I have small lump near anus in buttocks. How many days does it take to cure piles completely if I take Ayurveda medicines. Can it be cured fast. I am a feeding mother.

If it's a inflammatory lump with pain or discharge? It can be perianal abscess. Cos u are telling me anus in buttocks. Plz check with Dr. If not it may progress to fistula in ano. Though it's curable.
