Most likely; you are suffering from Anal fissure. This problem can be completely cured without surgery by Graded Kshar Karma. In this treatment; a specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in anal region. This medicine debrides the fissure and induces healing. Pain associated with fissure usually subsides in a week or 10 days time period while for complete healing of Fissure 3-5 Graded Kshar Karma sitting might be required at weekly interval. Now you should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder in anal passage 2-4 times a day. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal canal in night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement; you should take 1 tea spoon of Sushruta Churna in night with warm water.
