Sitz bath:
Take a warm water sitz bath after passing stools.
Do this twice daily for 10–15 minutes.
Before going to toilet:
Apply Lox 2% jelly gently around the anal area before passing stools to reduce pain.
At night before sleep:
Take 2 teaspoons of ghee in one glass of warm milk or warm water.
For pain:
Take Tablet Dolo 650 mg if required
(maximum 3 tablets per day).
Investigation:
Get CBC (Complete Blood Count) done if there is bleeding or weakness.
Advice:
Avoid straining during stools
Drink plenty of water
Take a high-fiber diet
Consult a doctor if pain or bleeding increases

Hello sir, May be it returned due to some factors . You should follow strict daily routine advised by the ayurvedic physician . For treatment you can consult me , I have to ask you some questions related to the symptoms you are facing now . For time being you can involve sitz bath( sitting in hot water tub for 10-15 minutes) daily 2-3 times a day, plus you should avoid eating heavy spicy food or avoid eating dinner after 6:30-7:00.
