There is low chances for grade 3 ,kshar shura therapy will be effective & best for this condition, doctor will check your condition accordingly they will advice for medicine or kshar sutra therapy you should go for.

Piles can be cured by ayurveda..but for knowing the stage of piles and how much time it will take to cure, you should take consultation..depending on stage-we can tell whether it will cure with only medicines or ksharapatana is needed.
