I have been suffering from ibs for about 15 years.I cannot eat a lots of things black pepper,chili,garam masala,full cream milk..I get pain in my colon or rectum.. Sigmoidoscopy done .. report is normal. I take buttermilk.Shoulf I remove the foam from the top ? What else can be taken ,as I have migraine..

My mother is unable to open eyes due to allergy . Eyes are sticky and find it difficult to open eyes .

I've been suffering from several Pitta problems (elevated IgE level) like heat induced urticaria, excessive body heat, repeated fever of unknown origin (Blood culture report normal), immense thirst, suppressed anger, nocturnal emission etc. Moreover, I also have cold intolerance and therefore feel severe cold in comparison to others during winter seson. I easily get cough, asthma & muscle pain. Till now, I've taken allopathic, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic treatments, but they have provided only temporary relief. Hi doctor, I was having stomach infection and worms 10 months ago I had taken bandy plus tablets for 7 days After that I had recurrent pneumonia so I was on antibiotics again but my stomach issues started again doctor suggested it's may antibiotics side effects so I am taking probiotics from 15 days but my stomach issues and loss of energy and anxiety is not going still, I am still having stomach issues, diarrhea and anxiety what to I do now, I am worried

I have done ultrasound of Abdomen & pelvis. It highlighted "the liver is normal in size and parenchyma shows fatty infiltration." Also it highlighted "excessive bowel gases shadows seen in ultrasound". Other organs are normal in Size. Please suggest medication & precaution

For more than 1 year I have been suffering from back and left leg pain and numbness in my leg, I went to a spine surgeon and took an MRI and came to know that I have mild to moderate disc bulge along with nerve compression and prescribed a pain killer, muscle relaxant and supplements for a  month. He asked me not to do any exercise  and only do bed rest.Earlier the pain was more like intense tiredness like pain now the pain which I am having for the last 2 days is like shooting pain going from my buttock to my calf , I don't know if my symptoms are improving or not, I am still getting  pain and numbness, i don't know if I can start the panchkarma or exercise? Please guide me if I can do some simple back exercises? Is it totally curable in ayurveda?

This is usg neck report of my brother, he is unable to eat Anything, after taking painkiller he is getting relief again its getting worse. Is the report anything serious, dr gave crp test the report is 11.7. He took antibiotic cetil cv 500, signoflam, another doctor gave pyregesic 1000, augmentin 625, but not getting result. Please i need help from ayurvedic expertise doctors to clear this problem permanently

Im facing whitish discharge issue since a long time now and it happens on daily basis. I tried taking modern medicines but they didnt give me proper cure. Could it be hormonal issue? Or pH imbalance. I also had a small cyst in one of the ovaries before. Could it be due to cyst?
