I had taken allopathy & homeopathy treatment for erectile issues, was diagnosed with veno occlusive dysfunction about 2 year ago in a penile doppler scan. Though I took several treatment I didn't see any improvement in my condition. Also a hard plaque is present on the shaft causing pain and difficulties during intercourse and masturbation, this is now getting even worse and have a considerable bend on the shaft. I am still able to attain partial erection but I am having difficulty in maintaining erections. I was asked to go for a surgery but I am not comfortable for having a surgery and want to try some alternative medicine. I do struggle a lot to reach climax both during masturbation and also during sex and hence the sexual life is a challenge now. I am a lot upset due to this issue. Kindly reply if this can be diagnosed correctly and treated with ayurvedic medicines so as to avoid a surgery.

Suddenly started itching all over the body with slight mosquito bite like redness disappearing after some time again itching some other part from scalp stomach back hand and thigh parts nothing like unbearable but looks like pitta gandhe could please help suggesting any medicine or syrup

Actively trying for baby for 4 years no luck - test reports normal for both except for a subserosal fibroid 2cm. Periods always regular on time (30day)actively trying for baby. Day 1 - bright red flow good volume Day 2 - changes to stringy period blood and has lot of teeny tissues Day 3 - considerably reduced blood flow Day 4/5 - Almost nothing very little Day 6/7- little stringy blood followed by white mucous This is my cycle. Tip of the private organ is swollen and red. Mild dryness also there on top side and itchy from behind side. Have mild BP n sugar (pre). What is the cause of this problem and how does Ayurveda cure if. I m trusting because earlier my piles issue was cured by Ayurveda only. Looking for diagnosis and consultation.

I have started taking medicines like dhootpapeshwar  Shilapravang and Baidyanath vita ex gold for ED. During the course I am seeing good effect but will after  leaving these medicines my erections will remain strong as they are now or will they become weak again ? Kya medicines chorne k baad jab iska effect khtm to erection bhi pehle k jaisa kamzor ho jayega ?

Hello Doctor, I am a 32-year-old female, height 156 cm. My weight was 58 kg until March 2025, but it suddenly increased to 63 kg. Despite reducing sugar, exercising regularly, following diets, and trying home remedies, I have been unable to lose weight. I have had severe constipation since my pregnancy 8 years ago, along with bloating and abdominal distension. I had PCOS in the past. In April 2025, I consulted a Siddha doctor for PCOS and took medicines for one month. I spent around ₹10,000, but I noticed weight gain and stopped the treatment. Since January 2026, my periods have become regular and I currently do not have PCOS symptoms. I have also consulted a gastroenterologist, but nothing has changed. I am looking for safe Ayurvedic treatment and guidance to lose around 8 kg. Could there be any hormonal or metabolic issue any guidance please to lose weight

I have done ultrasound of Abdomen & pelvis. It highlighted "the liver is normal in size and parenchyma shows fatty infiltration." Also it highlighted "excessive bowel gases shadows seen in ultrasound". Other organs are normal in Size. Please suggest medication & precaution

Im facing whitish discharge issue since a long time now and it happens on daily basis. I tried taking modern medicines but they didnt give me proper cure. Could it be hormonal issue? Or pH imbalance. I also had a small cyst in one of the ovaries before. Could it be due to cyst?

My grandma did gallbladder operation 13 years ago recently from one and half years she is suffering from upper abdomen pain and heartburn, we consulted a doctor starting from endoscopy with rut, whole abdomen usg, ct scan whole abdomen, all test were done all reports are positive. In ayurvedic she took amla juice, metrotec syrup, zymnet plus, sometimes she feels good but again pain occurs.  plzzz kindly suggest a good ayurvedic medicine for complete cure please need your help as ayurvedic can only solve this problem.
