Sir ,Madam, I have been under Ativan 2mg medication for 6 years for insomnia and Anxeity. Tried withdraw multiple times,but had many issues. Tried 2 years with homeopathy(consultation) along with Ativan, but causing drowsiness in morning and sometimes sleep disturbances. Homeopathy medicines kept calming and helped on managing irritable, but same time causing drowsiness and causing slow down in the work. So wanted to look for non addiction medicines from Ayurveda. Looking for Morning time calm and freshness and active. Night time better sleep and should not flare gastric.Should not cause heat.Please review and suggest, if any such alternative, I can consult and explain the medical history. I am suffering from leg pain from last 1 year... it got started in my left thigh and now i have pain in my both legs and lower back .. i am also suffering with cervical spondylitis.. so some time my head , back, hands legs whole body pains .. pls suggest some remedy or medication ... right now i am taking pregabalin medicine

What is dadimashtak churna used for??I was facing unformed motion(sometimes sticky), bloating,acne, dizziness,red skin rash with dry skin,cold hands & feet,excess hunger, acidity.I took dadimashtak on a doctor's advice & within 1 day  my motion is well formed but still sticky.Other symptoms r same.No other medicine worked from 3 years only this one.Can u pls tell me why this medicine is used & for which dosha?

My liquidity (drava) of pitta has increased and pachaka pitta has decreased causing loose motion & reddish acne.Took 4 years to understand this after consulting 100 doctors.Taking only pitta shamana medicines causes motion to  become sticky bcoz agni is mand.Taking only agni vardhak medicine increases loose motion & acne.Should i combine both cooling & pungent.Pls suggest what to do?

Dear Doctor, Doctor, My son is 3.5 yrs old and from 27th Jan night he is suffering from fever. I had visited to local pederitian on 28th Jan eveng and he had given medicines like P250 syrup for fever range 99 to 102. . And Ibugesic syrup to give above 102 keeping 6 hrs a gap. It is 6th day today, Morning his temp was 102.9 I given him Ibugesic 7.5ml and now I just checked it is 101.2 so I had given syrup P250 5ml. But the fever is not going completely but my son is active he is playing having some food in between but if fever crosses 101 than he is completely dull. Weight is 15.31kg Request you to kindly suggest any medicine for fever.

There is constant shrill ringing sound in ears (feels like from inner ear) since few years. Though my hearing is fine. No pain, pus, or other symptoms. Is there anything in Ayurveda that can help? Thanks
