Constipation due to colon polyps
I'm suffering from colo polyps and my bones have became very weak. (Also vit d deficiency)
Due to colon polyp, I cannot empty the bowel.
Doc advised me to take triphala n chavanprash but it's not healing completely.
Please tell how can I heal it quickly? I'm losing my prime age to this disease. I cannot participate in sports due to my health.

As per ayurveda colon and bones are related to each other... पुरीषधरा कला सा एव अस्थिधरा कला...so you have vitamin d deficiency. Once your colon problem is corrected, your vit d will be all right. For treatment, you can visit me or can take video consultation.

Pl take nveda calcium compound 1 tab daily for thirty days.Better to expose body to morning sunlight for thirty minutes daily (or outdoor exercise). Instead of Triphala choorna better to have Brihat Triphala choona of Vaidya ratnam oushadashala Trichur.
