How to stop ayurveda medicine?
I am having chronic gastritis issue, I have taken ayurveda medicine for 3 months , after that I felt better, now I stopped that medicine for 1 week, But I am feeling my acidity issue gets worsening again. Is it because of re bound of acid segregation after stopping antacid medicines? If so how to stop that?

Acidity has no permanent solution. You need to follow proper diet,  exercise and time of food ... Along with ayurvedic medicine.. To get best results.. Without precautions,  no use of any medication
