How to stop ayurveda medicine?
I am having chronic gastritis issue, I have taken ayurveda medicine for 3 months , after that I felt better, now I stopped that medicine for 1 week,
But I am feeling my acidity issue gets worsening again. Is it because of re bound of acid segregation after stopping antacid medicines?
If so how to stop that?
