I do night shifts and earlier were not doing any exercise... But I started recently after realising PE, ED ... It's been more than 3 months but not seeing any results can somebody please suggest some ayurvedic medicines to fix the problem.

I m 29 year old i checked my pcos panel test fsh 6.4 and LH 9.44 i have t3=1.31 and t4 =7.3ok but tsh value is 6.6 . What to do I am facing Sticky motion problem with bloating?? I know that my agni is impaired and ama is being formed.I also take panchkol water for this.Then I start feeling hungry  and my motion is not sticky but also it is not well formed. And i feel hungry after panchkol but not fully. Pls tell what should I do 🙏? No pain nothing.

I have constipation problem...stool is regular and on time but front part is very hard followed by soft stool...dont know what's the wrong with me..sugar thyroid usg all report is ok.. Daily taking 4-5 lit water high fiber diet still same problem everyday... I am taking kayam/zandu nityam tablet everyday after breakfast and sometimes stool getting soft in evening so can i use this tablet daily for long time???will it cause any dangerous hazards for health??pls tell me

LDL:170, VLDL:48, Triglycerides: 260, HDL: 42. In January everything was okay. Cardio reduced and nuts and yolk(2 yolk out of5) intake increased. Rest 2roti a day with sabzi and chicken during night. Reducing eggs without yolk and chicken only breast piece and no nuts and roti sabzi normal during noon. Introduced Himalaya Abana 2tab twice a day. I hope it is enough?
