Hello, dear According to what you have explained ,it more or less sounds like either bleeding piles(which are swollen anal blood vessels, can bleed if strained too much) or fissure(cuts which can be deep or minor). I might need more context and detailed analysis to what your condition is as of now, it is not necessary that only with constipation these kind of things arise. Frequent loose motions, upset stomach can also cause the mentioned symptoms. Though it is very common these days due to improper diet, lacking fibers etc. It can be cured easily and it is a good time that you start the treatment before things get out of hands.
Next Steps
We are here to help you at your convenience. You can always consult.
Health Tips
Please eat light and don't strain while pooping, it may increase the problem you are experiencing if not followed, can also become recurrent.

From an Ayurvedic consultant perspective, the burning, itching, and occasional blood in the stool could indicate an imbalance of pitta dosha often affecting the anal region or a anal fissure or hemorrhoids. So I would recommend a gentle pitta-pacifying diet by avoiding spicy, oily, or acidic foods and incorporating cooling herbs like aloe vera juice or licorice (mulethi). Triphala can support digestion and detox gently. However, since there is blood, I strongly encourage you to consult a physician or get a physical examination to rule out any serious conditions. Stay hydrated, keep stress low, and monitor your symptoms closely. You can do - Sitz bath at home with lukewarm water You can also consult personally on my WhatsApp 7 5 7 0. 8 8 0 6 7 0 about what to do next after seeing your condition.
Next Steps
The next step would be to seek a thorough medical evaluation to rule out conditions like hemorrhoids, fissures, or inflammation of the bowel.
Health Tips
Stay hydrated and avoid scratching or irritating the area.

The burning sensation along with blood mixed in the stool may be due to a small tear in the anal canal (anal fissure). This is not always caused by constipation. It can also occur if you are passing stools 3–4 times a day or have loose stools (diarrhea). For now, please follow these precautions: Avoid spicy, oily, and very hot foods, especially foods containing excess chilli. Observe your bowel habits. If you feel that your stool is not passing completely, or you have frequent bowel movements, increase your fiber intake and drink plenty of water throughout the day. It is advisable to consult an Ayurvedic physician for a proper physical examination. Based on the examination, appropriate medicines can be prescribed if required. Meanwhile, kindly follow the above advice and consult an Ayurvedic physician for a detailed evaluation and treatment.

Your symptoms of burning around the anus, itching, and occasional blood during bowel movements are most commonly caused by conditions such as anal fissure (a small tear in the anal lining) or hemorrhoids (piles). Although constipation is a common cause, it is not necessary to have constipation to develop these conditions. Frequent loose stools, prolonged sitting on the toilet, straining, or irritation can also lead to them. Other possibilities include fungal infection around the anus, eczema, or less commonly, inflammatory bowel disease or other anorectal conditions. Because you are experiencing bleeding, it is important not to assume the cause without a proper examination.
Next Steps
Immedietly contact for consultation; till then- Avoid straining during bowel movements. Wash the area gently with lukewarm water after passing stool and pat it dry. Avoid scratching, as this can worsen itching and irritation. Increase your fluid intake and include adequate fibre in your diet, even if you are not constipated, to keep stools soft. For personalized assessment, better guidance, and a holistic Ayurvedic treatment approach for anorectal disorders, you may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5.
Health Tips
Avoid very spicy foods if they worsen the burning sensation. Do not sit on the toilet for prolonged periods, and engage in regular physical activity. If you notice heavy bleeding, black stools, severe pain, fever, pus discharge, or unexplained weight loss, seek medical attention promptly. Most cases of anal burning and bleeding are due to treatable benign conditions, and with an accurate diagnosis and timely treatment, symptoms usually improve significantly. Thank you
