#You should stop Don't take tea with ginger(adrak) No spicy food (rediuce salt intake) No alcohol and no soft drinks No non veg (once a month is ok) also avoid empty stomach (morning or late night) #You should start Roasted gram flour (Sattu) with honey Take one fruit daily or sugarcane juice Take medicine with if this does not help or connect.

Start this medicine:-panchasav ( baidyanath company) .take 3 table spoon of panchasav mix with 3 table spoon of water and take it after food after breakfast and dinner. :- do not eat fried and spicy food for few days. When you stop medicine after that you can eat. :- Do not take tea empty stomach early morning. :- Do not drink alcohol, and non veg and smoking.
