Can i eat fermented food in Acidity?
Currently i am suffering from high acidity. Is it ok to eat idli, dosa , wholewheat bread ? Can eat dhokla also as it contains Besan?

Ofcourse fermented food item do increase acidity. But in some cases idli dosa etc are ok This is according to the nature of your body digestive system. I can only decide after consultation with detailing about your diet. Some time simple mistakes in our routine end up in high acidity.

Hi if suffering from acidity avood these foods as they are fermented or added with soda etc so try and avoid For hyperacidity you can consult me online for better health

Bread is fine, but besan is not recommended for acidity. Idli dosa with minimal quantity is fine.

No avoid it strictly if you have Acidity. Fermented food paav biscuits bread idali dosa uttapam aapam aape dhokla etc will increase your problem. First cure acidity problem permentaly by ayurvediy way medicine and diet lifestyle corrections then you can eat these food products irregularly not daily.

U can eat  fermented foods .Along with plenty of vegetables,fruits ,buttermilk,.,water. Also walk,exercise, yoga for two hrs everyday. Ghee 3-4 tsf ,is also adviced everyday in food.

Avoid fermented food items as it increases acidity. If currently you are suffering from acidity have syp gelusil tsp before food or you can also tablet rantac 150mg for the same it should settle your acidity. If further follow up required feel free to contact back

In this food preparation use kshar So  according to ayurveda kshar is  pitt vardhak ( more acid secretion) so dont eat This food Take any medicine for this problem so consult any physician
