Namaste 🙏 Thank you for explaining in detail. Based on Ayurveda, your symptoms indicate **Vata–Pitta imbalance**, especially **Vata aggravation in reproductive channels (Shukra vaha srotas)** causing premature ejaculation, weakness, and temporary testicular pain, and **Pitta aggravation** causing acidity & mild burning sensation. Since you already have good erection, **the main issue is control and stamina (Dhatukshaya + Vata vriddhi)**. --- ### 🔥 Main Ayurvedic Cause * **Excess Vata (due to stress, smoking, overthinking, excessive sexual thoughts, irregular routine)** * **Pitta aggravation (acidity, burning sensation)** * **Shukra dhatu kshaya (weak reproductive tissues)** --- ## 📌 Treatment Plan ### 1️⃣ Ayurvedic Medicines (Start minimum 6–8 weeks) | Time | Medicines | | --------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Morning empty stomach** | *****churna 3g + ***churna 3g + Mishri 3g** in lukewarm milk | | **After breakfast** | *****Vati* 2 tabs | | **Afternoon (after lunch)** | *****Ghrit* 1 teaspoon with warm milk | | **Evening** | *****Sindoor (1 pinch) + ****2g* with milk 🚨 (Only from authorized Ayurvedic doctor/pharmacy) | | **Night before sleep** | *Powder of ***2g + ****2g + Milk 200ml* | 🔹 If you don’t get all medicines, at least start *****+ ***+ ***** daily. 🔹 You can replace powders with capsules/tablets if easier. **Avoid: overly spicy, sour foods, too much masturbation, excessive screen porn, late sleeping, smoking (gradually reduce)**. --- ## 🌿 Home Remedies for Stamina & Control * **Eat 2 soaked almonds + 2 dates + 1 walnut daily in morning** * **1 teaspoon cow ghee in lunch** * **Massage lower abdomen & testicles with sesame oil (warm) 3 times/week** * **Avoid sex when extremely tired or hungry** * **Do slow deep breathing for 2 minutes before intercourse** --- ## 🧘 Lifestyle (Very Important) ✔ Sleep before **11 PM** ✔ Do **Kegel exercises** (Mulabandha) 2 times daily ✔ Avoid cold drinks, excessive tea/coffee ✔ **Reduce smoking** gradually – it weakens shukra dhatu ✔ Walk **20 min daily**, avoid stress --- ## 💧 For acidity + mild burning * **Jeera + Saunf (1/2 tsp each) boiled in water – drink after meals** * **Don’t eat food late night** * **Avoid alcohol, very spicy & fried food** --- ## ⚠️ When to consult urgently * If burning increases * If ejaculation happens within seconds even without sexual stimulation * If new pain appears in testicles --- ## 📈 Expected Benefits | Time | Improvement | | --------- | --------------------------------------------------------- | | 2–3 weeks | Acidity reduces, better energy | | 4–5 weeks | Improved control, vitality increases | | 6–8 weeks | Ejaculation control better, stamina & confidence increase | --- ### 💬 Final Note Ayurveda works great for this **if followed regularly**. Worst thing you can do is stress about it—it increases Vata and worsens condition. 👉 If you need I can also help with **diet chart or medicine brand names**. Should I share **best brand names and exact dosages (tablet form)?** Would that help? 🙏 Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

आपकी स्थिति वात और पित्त के असंतुलन का मिश्रण है। Diet (आहार) to balance Vata and Pitta: • Use गाय का घी (cow’s ghee) daily, as it calms Vata and cools Pitta. • Drink warm milk with a pinch of cardamom or nutmeg at night; milk acts as a natural aphrodisiac and reduces acidity. • Stay well-hydrated with water, coconut water, or धनिये का पानी (coriander-infused water) to flush heat and toxins. • Avoid spicy, sour, and salty foods which increase acidity and burning sensations. Common Ayurvedic herbs (औषधि): • Take Ashwagandha to reduce stress and strengthen reproductive tissues, helping Vata imbalance. • Use Shatavari for cooling the body and improving sperm quality. • Kaunch Beej supports sperm vitality. • Gokshura cools and cleanses the urinary tract, helpful for burning sensations. Lifestyle adjustments: • Apply warm oil massage (Abhyanga) with sesame or medicated oils like Mahanarayan oil on lower back and legs to calm Vata. • Avoid smoking, as it worsens Vata and Pitta, causing blood vessel narrowing and weakness.
Next Steps
Burning indicates heat or mild infection, and intermittent testicular pain may indicate infection or varicocele requiring attention.
