Premature ejaculation
How long do I need to continue to use Himalaya confido tablet apart from doing kegel exercises and change in diet.Please suggest any other medication to strengthen penile arteries I am using confido since 3 days and observed that it takes a while even for masturbation.My main problem is premature ejaculation less than 10 seconds after penetration.I have consulted multiple doctors even on Practo

U have to use it for a period of 21 days -45 days for better improvement, but confido alone is not sufficient, you have to add other medications along with it.

Confido will not act immediately.
First of all you have to be positive and strong mentally. U don't lose hope. Premature ejaculation is mainly psychological. Don't have that anticipation fear. Like as it happens all the time we lose hope. Along with medicines you need counselling.
