There are lot of reasons for hyperacidity.keep attention on ur life style.Take lot of water frequently .Avoid tea, coffae, fried and spicy food.In ur gut redness due to erosion.Further it may develop ulceration.Take light meals frequently.Avoid Empty stomach.Take few ayurvedic medicines.1-suktin tab +Acidinol tab+Gasex tab each 1 tab thrice daily.2-Tab Pentacid tab+ pachak bati{Sharangdhar ayurveda} each 1-1 tab twice daily.Himcocid syrup 2tsf twice daily.for 2 months.
Thank you for asking! I insist on a checkup for the redness in the reports and get it diagnosed from your doctor as it may be indicative of other complications causing the acidity and other gastric problem as a consequence. You may also take Dr. Vaidya's Amlapittavati for an immediate relief from acidity and digestive gut ailments.
I also recommend you a private consultation with an ayurvedic practitioner for an in-depth diagnosis.
