U take Guduchighanvati one thrice a day.
Drink buttermilk 200 ml per day.
Drink enough water everyday.
Eat plenty of vegetables fruits and greengram sprouts ,and relieve from constipation.

Burning sensation may be due to aggravated diabetes and uric acid too.
Haven't mention how long she has been suffering and when did she was diagnosed uric acid.
