My aunt is having chest pain mild and jaw tightness pressure for which we consulted cardiologist he prescribed the medicine as mentioned and did echo cardio, but chest pain is no more jaw tightness pressure is still ongoing please suggest some best medicine in ayurvedic for permanently cure, as cardiologist said if this continues have to do angiogram please need help🙏🙏

Excess pitta has put off my agni. Ama is forming.Bowel is not well formed.Skin problem.Feel cold irrespective of weather.Consulted many doctors they tell the above thing and give pungent or cooling medicine which further aggregate problem. Don't even have money to visit govt hospital.Pls tell any affordable medicine that digests ama and lowers pitta for god's sake.Prime years of my life are wasted I want to make my career 😭🙏

Parentage: Consanguineous marriage (maternal uncle–niece). Antenatal history: Multiple early abortions/miscarriages before this pregnancy. High-risk pregnancy: Mother on daily blood-thinner injections till 8th month. Birth: Full-term normal delivery on 12-03-2022 with episiotomy; BW 2.8 kg. At birth: Mild bluish discoloration (likely birth stress); cry present; no NICU; neonatal period uneventful. Development: Normal milestones till ~2 years. Ophthalmic onset: Squint noted around 2 years of age. Diagnosis: Early-onset high myopia – RE: –13.00 D, LE: –12.00 D. Treatment: Spectacles & patch therapy. July 2025: Left-eye rhegmatogenous RD → scleral buckling + cryotherapy. Right eye: Subretinal fluid → laser (July & Dec 2025). Dec 2025: Persistent fluid; referred to LV Prasad Eye Institute. Current: Right-eye rhegmatogenous RD confirmed at LVPEI. 9 Dec 2025: Right-eye retinal surgery (PPV ± BB ± endolaser ± PFCL ± silicone oil). Observations: Squint increase in long car travel
