My brother is having nightfall he was taking fixin medicine along with shilajit. He was ok suddenly it arose today also early morning it happend last week also same thing. If you kindly help with good ayurvedic medicine with permanent cure.

My small son who is 6 years old has a single  gallstone 7 mm . As of now no pain only some digestion issues ... Can gallstone can dissolve through ayurvedic medicine.. please advice... I m staying in new delhi...

I am 33 year old woman with two kids. I have been facing sleep issues for many years. One day I'll sleep and will not sleep for many days as I keep overthinking, i have childhood trauma. I was under brahmi caps and other medications which I lost and don't know its name as well. Can you please help me if I can only take brahmi caps? Or what are the medicines to be taken? Is it safe to take these sleep medicines long term? At least as a temporary solution what can I do to sleep tonight please?

My ayurvedic doctor suggest Vidangadi lauh then still pain then he prescribed punarnavadi mandoor. But it cause slight constipation. Which iron tablet should i take.
