Can I add these for better results? Baidyanath Musli Pak – 1 tsp Kauch Beej – 1 tsp 2. Can I replace my Shilajit? Replace Dabur Shilajit Gold with Baidyanath Shilajit Gold OR Replace Shilajit completely with Vita-Ex capsules for even better results? Brahmi oil from Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala contains Lead Sulphide 0.026g. as one of the ingredients. How safe is this? In fact some products of Kottakkal AVS do use Lead Sulphide. Is this safe? Can it cause harm to brain if applied on scalp? Or any harm to any organs? Please guide right. And how are Kottakkal AVS products? Safe or unsafe? Please guide correctly only.

My mother has low immunity since 3 decades. whenever she come in contact with low temperature water, she start to feel like having fever but on thermameter body temperature remains normal. she gets cough and cold easily and frequently in winter leading to fever. even while travelling facing mild to cold winds may lead to fever, cough and cold like situations again. Many allopathic doctors suggested immunity booster medicines but it did not properly and casued side effects.Can anyone help?

Namaste doctors, My mother is 49years old, weighs 77kg and height 5.2ft. She has bilateral knee arthritis since long and mostly, became more aggravated after covid period. She has been taking various ayurvedic medicines like Rheuma T capsules, vit D and calcium all. But, nothing helps. Also, as long as she takes Rheuma T capsules, she feels fine and can work freely next day but if stopped, she faces immense pain. We had consulted an ayurveda doctor but the doctor comes from other city. He had prescribed some medicines Kottakal Vatagajankusha rasa tablet, Kerala Ayurveda Gandha thailam capsules , Kerala Ayurveda RG plus capusle and other kwath syrups but for those 3 capsules, its only mentioned like 7AM/7PM. So, i would like to know whether those 3 capsules are taken before food or after food if taken twice a day. I couldn't able to make contact with the doctor for clarification regarding dosage timings. Also, please prescribe an effective oil for her condition. Thank you.

Hello Dr., My recent reports showed: TSH 10.08 µIU/mL (now 1.8 after 2 months on 75 mcg thyroxine), Total T3 1.29 ng/mL, Total T4 8.58 µg/dL, Free T3 3.68 pg/mL, Free T4 1.08 ng/dL, and Anti-TPO 353.3 IU/mL. Vitamin D is 50.5 ng/mL, B12 is 1210 pg/mL, Ferritin is 19.3 ng/mL, CRP is 6.9 mg/L and hs-CRP is 4.71 mg/L. I also have PCOD with irregular cycles and bulky ovaries. We have been trying to conceive naturally for one year and my husband’s semen profile is normal. I follow a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly, but my cycles remain irregular. I would like guidance on lowering Anti-TPO antibodies, improving ovulation, and increasing the chances of natural conception. Is spontaneous pregnancy possible for me, and what treatment or steps should I take for thyroid health, PCOD, and fertility? What treatment, Supplements should I take to lower antibodies, thyroid and PCOD? Also, does high Anti-TPO increase miscarriage risk even if TSH is controlled?
