Hi, My daughter aged 3.8 ( Weight : 13kg ) is getting frequent cold, cough and fever. For fever I give P250 as prescribed by the doctor.For Cold I give Kashayam but Please suggest any general ayurvedic medicines with dosages. And medicines to improve immunity. Can we give Chyawanprash, Nelikai Ilagam etc.

Can  stone 9mm at (VUJ) - vesicoureteral junction be cured with ayurvedic or homeopathy? Or need to do surgery only? I dont want surgery

In regular i take daily Pantocid 40.plz suggest alternate medicine in ayurveda. I had do endoscopy If I don't take Pantocid i face issues like 1.throat irritation and coughing 2.belching 3.less bowel/indigestion .thanks.do reply.

Hello doctor. My weight 42kg. I have chronic issue for past 12 years for my compliants. Foods are not absorbing in my bodies. I am not getting normal motion for these years. Both loose stools and curdy stools are my daily issues. Only for 6 listed foods like idli dosa pingal idiyappam rice sambar non veg, i am getting curdy stools, that too I need to eat in very limited quantity if not after eating 1 hr I need to go to motion. Other than these foods if I ate even like millets, fermented rice or even any nutritious fruits like red banana i am getting bloating after eating too much gas and loose motion passing. Doctor said ibs but my condition not progressed even after so much treatment in these many years.

Hi , my brother is suffering from depression, anxiety, low energy , low mood , low motivation. He primarily have vata and pitta doshas aggravated. Vata dosha symptoms like overthinking, continuously mind chatter are present more often. Pitta symtoms like anger, irritatability are less often. When we try to give him ayurvedic medicine to control anxiety, his digestion gets weak and he develope cough. Please suggest good ayurvedic medicines and churnas to improve his condition.

What is the reason behind initial part of stool being dry while rest normal? I eat fibre rich foods and drink 5 litres of water daily but still often face the issue of initial part of stool being dry while rest normal. How can I treat this problem?

Dear Doctor, This question is being asked for my wife. As she is 39yrs old and 70kg. She feels that her body is overweight due to less physical activity. As she is house wife, there is no outside going work or physical activity. She is having thyroid & taking thyrox 25. Post viral infection recovered from severe cough but occasional dry cough still continues. Feel heavy head and feeling of feverish. Please offer treatment suggestions for curing the symptoms please.

No size increase since 4 years. All tests normal. Is there any non surgical treatment for, 4.2 cm non toxic goiter? Or any other medicines or ways? Ayurvedic medicines to shrink 4.2 cm swelling? As I've kidney related issues, i can't take heavy metal medicines. Please suggest some metal free meds
