Can body heat delay conception?
All test reports normal for me and my husband but pregnancy is delayed almost 4years of trying. Regular periods 30day cycle no other issues but not able to conceive yet. My inner hands are super hot always? Could that contribute to issue in getting pregnant ?

Yes it can be the cause. Increased pitta and impure blood may be the reason. Better consult as this is a major problem to be consulted in person

Increased body heat is a strong indicator for pitta imbalance in body. It could interfere with process of fertilisation. We successfully treat infertility cases at Dr. Mongas Medi clinic. Please consult us through practo or our website with all your reports

Namastey When a couple has been trying for around four years with regular cycles and normal basic reports, this is often termed unexplained infertility (Unexplained infertility). It does not mean pregnancy is impossible—it simply means that subtle factors (timing, egg–sperm interaction, implantation environment, or stress-related influences) may be involved. The sensation of “heat in the palms” is commonly described in Ayurveda as a sign of Pitta imbalance. While this reflects your body constitution or metabolic state, it is not a direct or proven cause of infertility in modern medical terms. However, from a holistic perspective, internal imbalance—especially when associated with stress, digestion, or sleep—can indirectly influence reproductive health and implantation environment. So it may be a contributing factor to overall imbalance, but not the sole reason for delayed conception.
Next Steps
At this stage, the focus should be on optimizing natural conception factors rather than worrying about a single symptom. Ensure proper timing of intercourse around the fertile window, maintain emotional well-being, and avoid stress or pressure related to conception. Since this has been a long duration, a structured and personalized approach that considers both physical and subtle factors (including lifestyle and Ayurvedic balancing) is beneficial. Health Tips
Maintain a balanced daily routine with proper sleep, as hormonal regulation is closely linked to rest. Follow a nourishing, warm, and easily digestible diet rather than extreme food patterns. Practice stress-reducing techniques such as meditation or gentle yoga, as mental calmness plays a significant role in fertility. Avoid over-focusing on symptoms like body heat—focus instead on overall balance, consistency, and a positive approach toward conception. Thank you

If you have been trying for 4 years with normal reports, it is considered unexplained infertility and needs detailed evaluation of ovulation timing, tubal patency and other factors. Feeling heat in palms may indicate Pitta predominance but alone is not a direct cause of infertility. A proper, structured approach is required. Please consult me so I can assess and guide you with the right plan.
