Body getting too heat
Body is getting over heat and rashes and redspots in face and body, prickly heat issues too, urinary infection also, I drink plenty of water but urination is not proper.

From how many days you are facing these symptoms?  It is probably because of pitta dosha dushti. Red spot on the face and body also denotes improper digestion. Also constipation can be the cause of these symptoms.
Next Steps
You should go with proper diet.  Spicy,junk food increases these problem. I'll suggest you following medicine but you must concern doctor near by you. 1)Paripathadi kwath/ kadha- 2tea spoon(10ml) ( morning- after lunch- after dinner) 2)Chandra prabha vati- 2 tablets ( before lunch and dinner with warm water) 3) Avipattikar churna 1 tea spoon(5gm) at night( before going to sleep) .... for 15 days
