Keep your body hydrated first . Avoid heavy and junk meal.Take small meals to keep you fresh all the day with good amount of fresh fruits . Start your day with yog and pranayam .

Try to eat leafy vegetables, mung daal without spice in your diet.
Try to eat more fruits in behalf of breakfast
Avoid junk food, bakery product, caffein.
Cut down on spicy salty sour food. Consume more fruits, water boiled with vetiver roots, tender coconut water, sugar cane juice are all good. Have light easily digestible food. Avoid late night dinner. Butter milk, curry leaves, sambar onions can all be added in diet
