Hi.. I am 46 years old female I have excess vata and pitta problem and have slightly heavier periods For better stamina, is it ok to take dried dates or khajur regularly Are they hot or cold in nature..can they aggravate my pitta condition Thanks

My 6 year old daughter has a small patch of dandruff on her head. And it has started to spread now . I regularly shampoo her hair and use coconut oil. I have dandruff, so may be because of that she also got dandruff. Please give some  remedy/ treatment as I don't want to use any harsh chemicals on my child's head.
