Sir, im currently suffering from acute gout attack from yesterday and my uric acid is 9 (3-7 being normal). My left ankle area is very painful and swollen also very stiff, doctor prescribed zycolchin .5mg, indocap sr and febumac 40 but these medicines hv high side effects and would like to switch to ayurvedic medicines that lowers uric acid n relives pain but with zero or minimal side effects. Is himalaya cystone and shigru good medicines ?

Vitamin D is 50.5 ng/mL, B12 is 1210 pg/mL, Ferritin is 19.3 ng/mL, CRP is 6.9 mg/L, and hs-CRP is 4.71 mg/L. AMH 3.38 and Prolactin is 13.2 LH 10.8 FSH 5.18 I also have PCOD with irregular cycles and bulky ovaries. We have been trying to conceive naturally for one year, and my husband’s semen profile is normal. I follow a healthy lifestyle. I would like guidance on lowering Anti-TPO antibodies, improving ovulation, and increasing the chances of natural conception. Is spontaneous pregnancy possible for me? What treatment, supplements, or lifestyle steps should I take to support thyroid health, regulate cycles, and improve fertility? Also, does high Anti-TPO increase miscarriage risk even if TSH is controlled? Ultrasound report is attached.

Since 2 months im suffering from dandruff and hairfall issues and also due to antibiotics given in the past to cure my pneumonia i suddenly saw that i have got 2 to 3 strands of white hair. Hello I had three tracks for anal fistula .for which i opted kshars sutra treatment. It was done on 2 spet 2025. After this ,every week I had gone through thread change process the pus is still coming. It's been more than 2 months. Now far from anal area the skin becomes hard and I can see hard lump is coming which is very painful.what will be the reason.? Since I have IBS issue as well so my ayurveda doctor advised me to eat khichdi and chaas Currently taking kutaj vati/ sanjeevani vati . How to know that my treatment is going better. Cause I have lost almost 12 kg since I am not eating nonveg and due to IBS issue my diet is restricted. pus is still coming out and one new lump is growing which is very painful. Please advise
