I had a fall on 29 sept. I fell down on my knees- both bent more than 90deg. Right from my knee till shin bone its all black and blue and pain and stiffness. Some black patches soft tissue has become normal but pain persists. My calf region is still blackish. Shin bone has red patches. Ice fomentation x 2 times gives temp relief. No fracture x ray is done. What can help me to start walking normally?

Dear Doctor, From past many days there is pimples coming on my husband's forehead. Refer attached image. if one pimple cure another is coming. He is not eating any spicy or outside food only home food is eaten and also his stomach digestion is proper daily. So, Request you to kindly suggest any cream/ ointment to cure pimples faster. Hi doctor, I have taken 15 bandy plus tablets and many antibiotics in 3 months, I am having extreme weakness and anxiety, and diarrhea sometimes I have taken probiotics too but still have weakness and anxiety how many days do this side effects takes to solve and what I do now please help

My pitta is already high ( loose motion,acne, acidity) and agni is LOW.But still doctors are prescribing me pungent/salty medicines like trikatu,lavan bhaskar,etc which are further aggravating my problem. Pls advise me any medicine that that increases digestive fire without increasing pitta dosha.Pls save my career from ruining.Pls suggest 🙏🙏😭(only bitter astringent works for me)

Hi dr, My age is 36. Weight 95kg around. Height 6feet. Seating job with no much pattern of sleeping. Hardly excersie. Prediabetic. Family hitsory of diabetes. Dad has hair fall but after 50 age. I am lossing hair badly. It started around 2015.. then went slow im 2020 2024..but from 1 year.. it has increased... I cam see head portions now. Attaching most clear picture. Just apply normal any oil after bath. Hardly wash hair with shampoo due to fear of loosing hair more. I feel it is stage 3( dnt know exact). Please review and suggest if any chance hair regrowth possible

Have seb cyst on center back for last 4-5 years. Now it is grown to 1.5-2 inch visibly but deep must be same or more. Top Allopathy doctors in Chandigarh Tricity suggested surgery. Does ayurveda claim of curing it without surgery? What about cystogrit from Patanjali?
